If you experience any issues with the Techincolor modems not coming back online, turning the modem on/off should resolve this in most instances.

The T-Gateway MAX should automatically go through the process of upgrading and come back online when finished. The upgrade will occur during the early morning so as to minimise disruption to the customer. The new firmware will be remotely upgraded on active ADSL and NBN Broadband services that have the T-Gateway MAX (TG799) connected an turned on.

The new firmware after the upgrade: Version -420-RA The current production firmware in the TG799: Version -RA Those with DECT handsets paired with the modem or parental control enabled on their current devices will not be reviceving this firmware, but will be deferred for a later time.
